Information you choose to share
Our “Notify me” form asks for your email address so we can send MindinMagic updates, including news about the Workbook. The form sends your address directly to Mailchimp, our email service provider. It includes a tag that identifies the signup as coming from this form.
If you email info@mindinmagic.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use that information to respond to you.
Email updates and Mailchimp
Mailchimp processes signup details and email delivery information. Depending on the mailing settings, it may also collect information about delivery, opens, and clicks. Website analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to help us understand which pages people visit and how the site is used. The Google tag loads when a page opens. Analytics can use cookies and collect technical and usage information, such as pages visited, browser and device details, and approximate location. We do not include your signup email address in the site’s Analytics configuration.

Hosting and external services
Our hosting provider receives technical information needed to serve the site, which may include request logs and IP addresses. The current hosted preview uses ChatGPT sign-in for access; that sign-in is handled by the hosting service. It does not create a separate MindinMagic account.
The Mailchimp badge also loads an image from an external provider. When you follow an external link or complete a Mailchimp signup, that provider’s privacy practices apply. The product screens shown on this site are preview images; viewing them does not submit notes or create an account in any of the products.
Your choices and questions
You can choose not to join the mailing list, unsubscribe from updates, and ask us about access, correction, or deletion of information you have shared with us. Write to info@mindinmagic.com. We will review your request, including any applicable record-keeping requirements.
We use information for the purposes described here and keep it as needed for those purposes and applicable obligations. Service providers may have their own retention practices. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through an email signup.
